DLC Documentary Letter of Credit
GRANULAR : please add USD10.00 per mt to the aforementioned prices.
SPOT DEALS : please add USD35.00 per mt to the DLC prices. There is no PB
PAYMENT : Irrevocable, confirmed, Transferable, revolving LC at sight, in
US dollars only and issued by top 50 prime world banks.
PERFORMANCE BOND : 2% (max) operative Performance Bond
PACKGING : Standard packaging. 50 Kg bags. Other requirements to be
agreed. If there is special packaging, there could be extra charges.
OTHER TERMS : Will be advised in FCO
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Intermediaries must add ALL commissions required payable by the seller to the above
prices. There is a limit on the total commission payable by the Seller, so please check with us
prior to making a commitment to your Buyer.
2. Within seven working days of the Buyer receiving the Sellers signed and sealed Hard
Copies of the contract via Courier the Buyer will open an operative payment instrument
to the Sellers bank in exchange for Proof Of Product (POP) Bank to Bank.
3. The Buyer may visit the Loading Port after L/C is opened if he wishes to do so at his own cost.
